Delivery
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, excluding the time required for our quality checks and product testing to ensure optimal performance. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on your delivery address. As we are based in Singapore, orders outside Singapore may take slightly longer to arrive. Please note that orders made between November and January may be delayed due to the increased traffic during the festive period and may take an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery
Overseas Warehouse Shipping
Some cameras are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses in Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, Korea, or China. In such cases, you may receive two shipping numbers sequentially via email. The first number will be from our overseas warehouse, specific to the country of origin, and the second will be from Singapore to your location. Rest assured, the total shipping time will fall within the timeframe of 4 days to a maximum of 2 weeks to reach your doorstep. excluding the time required for our quality checks and product testing to ensure optimal performance.
Local Orders - Singapore
For local orders, we use SmartPac for shipping, and you will receive your order within 1-3 working days.
Customs Fees
Customs charges may apply on international purchases, and the customer is responsible for paying these charges. If customs fees are unpaid and the order is returned to us, the buyer will only be refunded 80% of the order value due to administrative fees. Returns will not be accepted based on unpaid customs fees.
Unclaimed or Returned Shipments
If an order is unclaimed by the customer and/or returned to Tsohuna due to an incomplete address, we will reach out to the customer. If the customer does not respond within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. The customer must pay for re-dispatch if an order is returned to us.

Please allow up to 28 days for delays before reporting a missing parcel.
Returns
What is your returns Policy?
At Tsohuna, we professionally test and restore each camera we sell. However, given the nature of vintage electronic items, issues can sometimes arise that are beyond our control. We are happy to accept returns for faulty or damaged items within 7 days of delivery.
Return Requests
To request a exchange, please submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition, including any original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been damaged or altered in any way. Handle cameras with care, as we will refuse items that appear to have been physically forced or damaged. Items must be returned to us before a exchange can be issued. Exchange requests are subject to camera availability at the time of processing.
If you are having trouble using your camera, please contact us via email for assistance.
We do not accept exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or not liking the camera
- Not knowing how to use the camera
- Accidental purchase
Refund Policy
At Tsohuna, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and fair transaction for both our customers and our team. Due to the unique nature of our products, all refunds must adhere to the following terms:
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds can only be made before the order for your digicam has been placed and sent out to our warehouse. Once the order has been processed and dispatched to our warehouse, cancellations and refunds will no longer be possible.
Reason for Policy:
As our digicams are vintage and pre-loved items, they are sourced and prepared specifically for each customer. This policy ensures that transactions remain fair, as these items often require time and effort to source and process.
Refund Conditions and Timings:
Refunds can only be issued once the camera has gone through our quality testing and has arrived back at its initial warehouse. This step ensures the product is inspected and remains in the original condition required for a refund. (As stated Refunds will be given in store credits due to the nature of digicams unless your camera arrives damaged)
Refund processing times may take the same waiting time as the initial order or less, depending on the time required for quality checks and transit back to the warehouse.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Orders that have already been placed and dispatched.
Change of mind or accidental purchases.

Cancellation Requests
To cancel your order, please email us within 5 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests made after 5 hours will only receive store credit, not a cash refund.
Cancelled orders will incur a 2.5% + $0.25 USD charge on the total refund amount. International customers will also be charged an additional 2% currency conversion fee.

Return Address
We will provide the full address details once your return has been authorised. Please do not return any items before requesting a refund via email.
Replacement Processing Time
Once we received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. We’ll notify you via email once your exchange is processed.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning items for an exchange is not covered or reimbursed by us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the item is returned in its original condition. We recommend using recorded delivery to prevent loss or damage during transit.
Please Note
Cameras sold by Tsohuna are pre-owned unless stated otherwise. Our cameras have been previously used and may show cosmetic signs of wear. Major signs of use will always be mentioned in the item description.

We guarantee the working condition of all products sold. Each item is carefully tested and fully serviced by our in-house experts. In the rare event that an item has a fault or defect, the buyer is eligible for a full replacement under our 30-day guarantee policy.

Our 340-day warranty covers the following:

- Lens Problems: Problems with the lens, such as autofocus issues or lens errors.
- Battery and Charging Issues: Defects related to the camera's battery or charging system.
What Our 30-Day Warranty Does Not Cover
Our 340-day warranty does not cover:
- Physical Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, drops, or mishandling of the camera.
- Water Damage: Damage caused by exposure to water or other liquids.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Damage resulting from repairs or modifications not performed by Tsohuna.
- Cosmetic Wear and Tear: Normal signs of use, such as scratches, scuffs, or fading.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your camera that is covered under our 30-day warranty, please follow these steps:
1. **Contact Us:** Email us at info@tsohuna.com with a description of the issue and your order details.
2. **Provide Proof of Purchase:** Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation email.
3. **Return Instructions:** We will provide you with instructions on how to return the camera to us for inspection and repair.
**Repair or Replacement**
Once we receive your camera, our team of experts will inspect it to determine the cause of the issue. If the problem is covered under our warranty, we will repair the camera or, if necessary, provide a replacement. If the camera cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.
**Shipping Costs**
- **Warranty Claims:** Tsohuna will cover the cost of return shipping for warranty claims. We recommend using recorded delivery to ensure the camera is safely returned to us.
- **Non-Warranty Repairs:** If the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and any repair fees.
